Softpay is a mobile application that allows you to accept payment with contactless cards and mobile wallets, without any additional dedicated hardware. You enter an amount, tap the card or wallet to the back of the phone and payment will be processed.

Softpay was started in 2019 as an internal project by a team with 20+ years of industry experience in building innovative end-to-end payment solutions for, amongst others, Mobile Dankort and Nordea Swish.
Currently…
Our mission is to modernize the POS and extend card payments to new use cases in Europe and beyond. At this time, more than 25 employees, the majority being architects, developers, and security experts are working on bringing this mission to life.
